programs built for real people, real pressure, and real life

empowering young minds
Kick On’s School Wellbeing Program supports students to better understand themselves, their emotions, and how they show up in the world. Delivered through engaging, age-appropriate workshops, the program focuses on emotional awareness, regulation, communication, resilience, and healthy coping strategies. Our sessions are interactive, relatable, and grounded in real-life scenarios students recognise, not textbook theory. Designed to complement existing school frameworks, the program creates space for meaningful conversation while equipping students with practical tools they can use in the classroom, at home, and in everyday life.
corporate wellbeing
Healthy teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built through strong communication, psychological safety, and the ability to navigate pressure without burning out. Kick On delivers corporate programs that are practical, engaging, and refreshingly non-clinical. We work with organisations across industries to support staff wellbeing, reduce conflict, improve team dynamics, and strengthen workplace culture. Our sessions are interactive, relatable, and designed to meet psychosocial risk obligations while genuinely supporting your people. Whether it’s leadership, burnout, conflict, mental load, or team connection, we help workplaces move from reactive to resilient.

mindful murals
These school murals are more than artwork on a wall, they’re a shared experience that builds connection, belonging, and emotional awareness. Guided by a qualified teacher & artist, Sharon Wedel, students are actively involved in the creative process, using art as a tool for expression, regulation, and conversation. The finished mural becomes a lasting visual anchor on campus, a reminder of resilience, community, and the importance of mental wellbeing long after the paint has dried.
fifo camp tour
Kick On combines Stand up comedy, Live music and information/conversations around mental health specific to the Gas and Mining industry. Created and delivered by people who have had personal experiences and overcome adversities and mental health battles in this sector. We can tailor a program to suit your schedule, times and budget.

first responder wellbeing & recovery
First responders operate in high-pressure, high-stakes environments where cumulative stress and repeated exposure to trauma are part of the job. Kick On delivers trauma-aware programs designed to support psychological resilience, emotional regulation, and long-term wellbeing in those roles. Our approach is practical, non-clinical, and grounded in real-world experience, focusing on early awareness, peer connection, and tools that can be used on and off the job. These programs aim to reduce the build-up of unprocessed stress, strengthen coping capacity, and support first responders to stay connected to themselves, their teams, and their lives outside of work

tailored
for your environment
No two groups are the same, so we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workshops. Kick On designs tailored programs to meet the needs of your people, your environment, and your goals. Whether you’re a school, corporate, community organisation, sporting club, disability service, government agency, WHO EVER YOU ARE.. we work closely with you to create practical, engaging experiences that actually land. From single workshops to multi-session programs, murals, team building, or community activations, our approach is flexible, human, and grounded in real-world challenges. If it involves people, pressure, communication, or wellbeing, we can build something that fits.
